Cannubi is a hallowed vineyard in Barolo: it was historically renowned in the region before the Barolo appellation even existed. Only about 9,000 bottles are produced each year; it's an ageworthy and very limited wine; we're lucky to have this library release from 2013. Notes of tobacco, licorice, strawberry, blueberry, harmonious structure and dark fruit on the palate. A fancy wine for a long dinner or as a gift bottle.
