Brennan’s bottling of Pinot Gris, from the neighboring organic and regenerative Zephyr Farm, is a terrific way to restore the reputation of this often bastardized grape - made either into green and insipid Mom Juice in the Veneto or into brawling macerated versions in New Alsace, this clear dry white is instead unapologetic in its power but also piercing in its clarity.
